Concordance

A concordance is a list of words, phrases, topics, and or punctuation marks found within a particular book or portion of text. The list is usually in alphabetical order. Citations are provided for each entry on the list along with its location within the book or text. It is a useful resource and study tool.

“My concordance was a search engine before search engines were cool.”
